Murray & Meadow Event Planning offers a range of wedding planning packages designed to fit different needs and budgets, from month-of coordination and partial planning to full-service wedding management; each package includes vendor recommendations, timeline and budget assistance, contract review, and day-of logistics to ensure your vision is executed smoothly.
Customized add-ons such as destination coordination, guest accommodation management, and post-wedding services are available to tailor any package to your specific priorities.

The Day-Of Coordination is ideal for couples who have completed most of the planning but want professional oversight in the final weeks and seamless coordination on the wedding day.
Planning begins 2-3 months prior to wedding.
Price: Starting at $2,000.

The partial planning option supports couples who have begun planning but need help with vendor selection, design development, and critical decision-making during the months leading up to the wedding.
Planning begins at time of signing.
Price: Starting at $3,500.

The Full-Service Planning package covers every detail from initial concept and venue research through vendor negotiations, design implementation, rehearsal management, and comprehensive day-of execution, providing hands-on support and peace of mind.

It all starts with a simple message! Fill out the contact form on my website with your details, dates, and a little bit about what you're looking for. I’ll review your inquiry and get back to you within 24-48 hours]to confirm my availability and get the ball rolling.

Next, we'll schedule a quick, no-pressure consultation call or video chat. This is our chance to connect, discuss your vision in detail, and make sure our vibes align. Come as you are, I’ll answer any initial questions you have and walk you through exactly how I can help bring your ideas to life.

#3 Choose Your Perfect Package
Based on everything we go over during our meeting, you'll have all the details on how each of my packages works. You’ll simply review the options we discussed, select the package that best fits your needs, and give me the green light to move forward.

#4 Make It Official
Once you've chosen your package, I’ll send over an electronic contract and an invoice for your initial deposit. All you have to do is sign on the dotted line, submit the deposit, and boom—your spot is officially secured on my calendar!

This is where the real fun begins. I will create a dedicated, customized shared drive just for us and send over your official welcome packet. You'll get the link to our shared workspace, any onboarding questionnaires, and all the tools we need to seamlessly collaborate and bring your vision to life.
